Dallas LIFE – Dallas, TX

Dallas LIFE received a $1.8 million AHP grant in 2018 and $1.1 million in NMTC funding in 2020 for a $12.5 million renovation and expansion of its center for homeless men, women, children, and veterans.  The building includes emergency shelter and transitional housing for 300 individuals, classrooms, conference rooms, counseling rooms, daycare space, a barber, clothing exchange, convenience store, a clinic, and a chapel.
