Capital for Compassion® specializes in community redevelopment and affordable housing. Our desire is for each of America's communities to become a more excellent place to live for all of its residents, including the marginalized and hopeless. Capital for Compassion® has consulted on over $1.9 billion in real estate development while obtaining $434 million in funding for over 435 projects nationally. These are typically new dollars into our customer’s projects; not cannibalizing capital campaigns or local community redevelopment funds. We work with organizations that have a proven track record of serving critical human needs.
