The Rescue Mission – Fort Wayne, IN

The Rescue Mission’s $21.0 million City on a Hill project received $2.6 million from a 2019 NMTC closing in addition to $750,000 from an AHP grant in 2018.  The City on a Hill project builds a new facility to more than triple the size of the organization’s existing homeless shelter, and features 201 emergency and long term housing units, a training kitchen, barber shop, connection center, community room, learning center, classrooms, and a clinic.
