Mobile Loaves & Fishes’ Community First! Village is a 51 acre planned community with affordable, permanent housing for individuals coming out of homelessness.  The Village includes a market, walking trails, health resource center, community building, entrepreneurial hub, aquaponics facility, gardens, nature preserve, outdoor movie theater, amphitheater, salon, art house, woodworking shop, pottery studio, metalsmith shop, organic farm, and screen printing business.  In 2020, Capital for Compassion secured $2.2 million of NMTC funding and a $750,000 AHP grant to finance the $18.0 million Phase 2, which adds 103 park model homes, 200 micro homes, and seven 3D printed homes.
